This course is for people who have no idea, or very little knowledge, about bodybuilding. All basic principles will be reviewed, including the concepts of volume increase, muscle building for atrophied muscles, the right techniques to avoid injuries and the proper methods of training according to your needs. At the end of the session you will be able to run a training program yourself with complete confidence and securtity.
