Bootcamp TRX 16+
Circuit of intense cardiovascular and muscle exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer and other accessories (kettlebell, free weights, elastics, etc.). The Bootcamp TRX course targets all muscles. Your abdominals and core stabilizing muscles (“core”) will be intensively targeted. This workout works simultaneously with strength, balance and flexibility. Each exercise offered is suitable for all levels of fitness, several variants of the same exercise is proposed depending on your level.
