Equipped with a swimming pool and an indoor wading pool, a double gymnasium with stands and a multifunctional room, the Côte-des-Neiges Sports Center offers more than 50 aquatics and sports activities to children, teenagers, adults and seniors.

Côte-des-Neiges Sports Center Pool
The center has a semi-Olympic size pool (length 25 m) in the shape of an “L”. There are six lanes for swimming and a shallower section with yellow platforms. In addition, throughout the year several aquatic activities are offered (with beginner, intermediate and advanced levels). In addition to swimming and lifesaving trainings, there are three competitive clubs. Athletes from all three disciplines are trained at the Côte-des-Neiges Pool and represent the borough at various competitions.
Free swim:
The Côtes-des-Neiges Sports Center Pool offers public free swim. Please refer to the « FREE SWIM » page for more information regarding the free swim schedule and pool rules.
Swimming courses:
Swimming courses are divided into different levels according to the age and skills of the clientele.
- For preschool children (6 months to 5 years old), there are AquaBaby and Starfish levels.
- For school-aged children (6 to 14 years old), there are the beginner level (White and Blue courses), the intermediate level (Purple and Green courses) and the Advanced level (Yellow, Orange, Red and Gold courses).
- For teens and adults (14 years and older), there are the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
Swimming Clubs:

The CDNDG Swimming Club has about 180 swimmers distributed in five levels depending on their age, skills and level of competition. It’s a competitive club, so swimmers train 2 to 5 times a week and they have a competition every month. In the first level of pre-league competitions, there is the Swimming School level (5 to 7 years old) and the Recruit level (10 years old and under). The second level of regional competitions includes the Relève (Succession) Swimmers (12 years old and under). The third level of competition Development includes Espoir (Hope) Swimmers (14 years old and under). The fourth level of provincial competition includes Elite Swimmers (11 years old and older).

The Synchronized Swimming Club has around 50 swimmers divided into two levels. There is a semi-competitive team and a competitive team that includes girls from 8 to 14 years old.
- The Water Polo Club has around 50 swimmers divided into two levels. The first level is the Mini-Polo for players aged 6 to 11 years old. In the second level, we have players (Benjamin and Cadet) aged 11 to 14 years old. They all play in competitions in the Montreal region and the Province of Quebec.
Lifesaving Training courses:
We offer many lifesaving, standard first aid and swimming instructions (Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard, etc.).
Côte-des-Neiges Sports Center Gymnasium
The center has a double size gym 33 x 34 m with a capacity of 121 to 651 people including places for people with reduced mobility. The gymnasium section also includes two men’s and women’s locker rooms with toilets and lockers.
Sports activities:
The Côte-des-Neiges Sports Center offers more than 20 different sports activities to children, teens, adults and seniors. It is a place of choice where everyone can find something to satisfy their desire to move, to get fit, to compete or simply to practice a sport, individually or in groups, for the pleasure of doing physical activity.
Day Camps:
We offer 3 camps per year totaling nearly 300 children. We have a Winter Sports Camp on March and two summer camps: CSCDN Summer Sports Camp and Petit-Chapiteau Camp. Dynamic and experienced animators work with enthusiasm in order to offer an unforgettable experience to 5-13 years old children in a safe environment.
Tournaments and school leagues:
Since 2004, Loisirs sportifs Côte-des-Neiges – Notre-Dame-de-Grâce offers to the borough schoolchildren a Basketball School League and a Soccer School League. Each year, 12 schools of Côte-des-Neiges participate in these leagues. In addition, as part of our Sports Development Project, Loisirs Sportifs CDN-NDG organizes competitions and tournaments for the borough schoolchildren since 2010.
Rental requests:
It’s possible to rent the gymnasium, dancing room and pool of the Côte-des-Neiges Sports Center. Please fill out the Rental Request Form available at our reception desk. A coordinator will contact you. Please take note that there is little availability for rentals.
Free activities:
For an active and healthy community, we organize and offer free sports and swimming activities to the citizens of the Côte-des-Neiges – Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, thanks to our collaboration with the City of Montreal.
